Yugadi (On Chaitra Shuddha Pratipada)
Also known as Gudi Padwa, it marks the beginning of the Hindu New Year. The Panchangam of the New Samvatsara with all details of its important events, Shubha and Ashubha Phala is read out in the evening at the Mantapam of the Temple.
Shri Rama Navami (On Chaitra Shuddha Navami)
Special Pooja and Aarti is performed to Shri Rama Roopi Utsav Murti at Afternoon 12pm. Prasadam is distributed to all assembled devotees.
Hanuman Jayanti (On Chaitra Pournima)
Special Worship is done to Lord Maruti located at the Mahadwara during the Early Morning Samsthan Puja. Utsav Murti of Datta Guru will be of Sri Hanuman Swaroopa this day.
Devi Panchami (On Chaitra Krishna Panchami)
This is an important festival at Sannati Kshetra which is an important Devi peetha located nearby and is family deity to all priests of Ganagapur Temple. In Nirgun math it is celebrated by way of Special Aarti during the Evening Worship. The Utsav Murti will be of Devi Roopa this day.
Parashuram Jayanti (On Vaishaka Shuddha Dwitiya)
Special Mahapooja is done to Datta Guru during the Morning Samsthan Puja.
Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya Jayanti (On Vaishaka Shuddha Panchami)
Sri Narasimha Saraswati Maharaj who is the Kshetradhipati of Ganagapur was one of the Sannyasi of Sringeri Sri Adi Shankara Parampara. He took Sannyasa diksha from Sri Krishhna Saraswati Swamiji at Varanasi. Vishesha Pooja and Aarti is done to Sri Adi Shankaracharya Roopi Utsav Murti in the Noon. There are also special celebrations at Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya Math located on the Sangam Road.
Narasimha Jayanti (On Vaishaka Shuddha Chaturdashi)
Mahapuja and Aarti is offered to Shri Narasimha Roopi Utsav Murti in the evening during Sunset. Prasadam is distributed to all assembled devotees.
Shri Shani Dev Jayanti (On Vaishaka Amavasya)
Mahapooja and Tailabhisheka is performed in the morning to Swayambhu Shani Dev at Shanaishwara Temple located in Kalleshwara Temple Complex. Pradosh Kala Aarti is also performed which is attended by all priests and villagers.
Bhimarathi Poojan (From Jyeshta Shuddha Pratipada to Shuddha Dashami)
Worship of the River Bhima on the Day of Dashami known as Ganga Dashahara by all priests.
Aashada Ekadashi (On Aashada Shuddha Ekadashi)
Grama Pradakshina (Parikrama of entire Village) is done in the evening during which all Villagers visit the surrounding temples. It is believed by villagers that by completing Gram Pradakshina one gets the merit of Pandharpur Yatra.
Shri Krishna Janmashtami (On Shravana Krishna Ashtami)
Special overnight Bhajans are conducted in temple. All priests assemble in the temple and special puja and aarti is performed to Sri Krishna Roopi Utsav Murti during the Janma Kala i.e Midnight 12. Special Prasadam and Lemon drink is distributed to all assembled devotees. Bhajans continue till next day early morning.
Ananta Chaturdashi (On Bhadrapada Shuddha Chaturdashi)
One gets to witness Ananta Shayana Mahapooja on this Day which is Very Rare of its kind as we get the Main Darshan of Datta Guru in Sleeping Posture like Bhagavan Maha Vishnu.
Kartika Ekadashi (On Kartika Shuddha Ekadashi)
Grama Pradakshina is done in the evening as described in the case of Ashada Ekadashi and this is considered to be equivalent to Pandharpur Yatra.
Makara Sankramana (On January 14)
The Usual Celebration is done as elsewhere.
Ranga Panchami (On Phalguna Krishna Panchami)
Special MahaPooja is done to the Nirguna Padukas and the Usual Celebration is done in the Village. Gulal is applied to Datta Guru’s Utsav Murti.
