My Experience with the temple was so appealing and delightful felt happy to visit and have the darshan of one of the finest gurus who acknowledge the greatest asset of human skills. But the only thing bothered me was there’s no proper maintenance from the temple management in handling the devotees especially it was horrible for children and women who stand by in que line around 2-3 kms. I think this needs to be monitored further expect this the sangam darshan and all the things will let you have a fresh and calm feeling. Mostly people would love to visit on pournamis cause it’s the special days to visit the temple and the people would get crowded on these special days. If you are someone who wants to have a peaceful darshan then avoid visiting on pournamis.🥰

When we visited, there was a queue and took about 20 mins for darshan. Also there was a board hanged in the temple saying visiting Dattatreya temple, Sangam and Shanishwar temple makes it complete. Shaniwar temple is appx half a KM from Dattatreya temple. Sangam is about 4 kms away.

Temple is well maintained and management is also great The best place to visit and pray To reach this place we need to take a bus from gangapur or private vehicle, but the bus is recommended. Because those private vehicles are overloaded You can also visit the Bhima river also before going to the temple

Viewing of Lord’s idol is an unique and interesting task in this temple. Please visit and experience the devine and beautiful darshanam of the Lord Dattatreya. You will find lots of dogs in temple which are worshipped and offered food, as its believed that they are Lord’s Vahana (Ride of Lord). Please do not miss the famous prasadam called Madhukari Prasad distributed after the afternoon puja offered to the Lord at around 12:30PM.
